One fruit. One country. One jar at a time.
The Fruit
Madd grows on vines through the forests of Casamance. It is gathered by hand, sorted by hand, and jarred within days. There is no plantation version of this fruit.

01
A spoon. That's the whole method. Cold, over the sink.
02
The salt cuts the cream. Two spoons per bowl.
03
Pulp, cold water, ice. Blend, strain if you like.
04
Sharp and sweet against char. Serve on the side.

Open. Spoon. Enjoy.
Glossy, tangy, made to be spooned.
We email when jars are back. Nothing else.
